Ingredients

    1 boxed brownie mix, brand doesn't matter
    1 can of black beans, rinsed
    1/2-3/4 cups water

Directions

Open and rinse black beans in a strainer and put into a food processor or blender. Puree until smooth.
In a large bowl, mix brownie mix, pureed black beans and 1/2 cup water. Stir well. Add more water if needed to get a smooth texture, easy to pour.
Pour into a pan according to brownie mix box instructions and bake accordingly.
Cool, and serve. Makes 9 in an 8x8 pan.

**Family size brownie mix use same amount of black beans, and slightly more water.
