This is a healthy, under 100 calorie, low fat, low sugar way to get some whole grains in while feeling like you are having "dessert"! Ingredients

Publix Instant Brown Rice, 1 cup dry (= 2 cups cooked)
Morton Light Salt, pinch
I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Light Spread (Soft), 1.5 tsp
Milk, 1%, 1 cup
Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
Sweetener, 6 packets (or 1/4 cup)
Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp
Nutmeg, ground, 1 tsp
Directions
If cooking rice fresh then follow directions below:
Boil 1 cup of water with a pinch of lite salt. Add 1 cup instant brown rice, simmer 5 minutes (uncovered), then remove from heat, COVER and let stand.
Return to low-medium heat (depending on your stoves heat level), stir in margerine, milk, vanilla, sweetener and spices. Bring to slow bubbling then reduce heat to very low and simmer for 20-30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes to prevent bottom scorching.
Makes Five 1/2 cup servings.
