Ingredients

10 oz. ham, chopped
12 oz. crimini mushrooms, sliced
1 small onion, chopped
5 oz. frozen mixed vegetables
2 oz. carrot matchsticks
2 cups brown rice, uncooked
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 Tbs. soy sauce
1 Tbs. House of Tsang Spicy Stir Fry Sauce
3 Tbs. House of Tsang Korean stir Fry sauce
3 Tbs. Brummel and Brown spread
Directions
While cooking the following, make brown rice. Use 2 cups of brown rice and 4 cups of water.
Melt Brummel and Brown in skillet. Add onion, mushrooms, carrots, and frozen mixed vegetables. Saute until almost done. Add chopped ham. Mix well. Add cooked rice. Mix well. Add Sauces and garlic. Saute for about 5 to 10 minutes. Serve hot. Makes 6 servings.
