Ingredients

    3 cans water packed tuna-drained
    3T chopped chives
    8 saltine crackers mashed into crumbs
    2 large eggs
    3T fat free miracle whip
    3t. yellow mustard
    1t ground black pepper
    1T horseradish
    2t minced garlic

Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Take a large frying pan and add either a few tablespoons of olive oil or spray Pam cooking spray. Spoon a healthy spoonful of mixture into pan (you can fit 3 patties per pan). Flatten down the spoonful with your spatula. Brown on both sides and serve with tartar sauce. These can also be used as patties for sandwiches.
