Pasta cooked - 16 oz.
Shrimp cooked- 12 oz
Spinach 2 cups
Olive oil - 1 tbsp
Tomatoes - 2 medium
Parmesian Cheese grated- .5 cup
Directions
Cook pasta in boiling water till sift. Drain. Heat olive oil in a large pot. Add spinach and tomatoes till they are warmed through. Add shrimp and pasta. Stir in cheese and serve.
