    1 LB Ground white meat turkey
    2 eggs whites
    1 large onion diced
    4 cloves garlic minced
    1/2 cup parmesean cheese
    1/2 cup Italian style bread crumbs


In a large bowl cobine all ingredients. Mix well and start rolling out meatballs. This should yeild about 15 to 16 good size meatballs. Place the
meatballs in a non stick skillet and brown on all
sides. Add to marinara sauce or brown gravy
and continue to cook for about 20 minutes.

    We love this recipe, and my husband has an Italian background, so he is picky about Italian food. 2 Tips: Use plain bread crumbs and add 1 tsp Italian seasoning. Brown in oven on cookie sheet lined with parchment. 350-375 degrees 20 to 25 min. These also freeze well. - 12/19/13

    I enjoyed this! my boyfriend loves spicey food so i spiced it up with cayenne and crushed red pepper. Served it with wheat pasta and spaghetti sauce. - 9/1/10
