Introduction

Ingredients

3 small boxes instant vanilla pudding
4 cups fat-free milk
8 oz fat-free sour cream
1 large container Cool Whip (I use regular.)
1 box reduced-fat vanilla wafers
6 bananas
Directions
Line a casserole dish or 9x13 pan with vanilla wafers.
Mix pudding and milk until thick; add sour cream. Mix well and then add 1/2 of the Cool Whip to the pudding mixture. Mix well. Let sit until thick.
Slice 3 bananas and put on top of wafers in pan. Pour 1/2 of pudding mixture on top of bananas. Crush wafers and layer on top of pudding. Slice remaining 3 bananas and place on top of wafers. Top with remaining pudding mixture. Cover with remaining 1/2 of Cool Whip.
Top with crushed wafers and garnish with a few whole wafers. Chill at least one hour before serving.
