Introduction

Ingredients

500g - 600g Pork Loin, cut into 6 pcs
15g unsalted butter
1 onion, chopped
150ml white wine
1 tbsp wholegrain mustard
1 tbsp concentrated tomato puree
200ml cream, fat reduced
Salt and pepper
Directions
Makes 6 servings
1) Preheat oven 200 degress celcius.
2) Melt butter in pan, when hot, add meat, 3 pieces at a time (so as not to over crowd the pan), brown meat over medium high heat. Season with salt and pepper, remove to baking dish, cover with foil and keep warm in preheated oven.
2) In the same pan, medium heat, add onions. When soft add white wine, mustard, tomatoes, tomato puree and cream. Mix well. Cook over low heat 3 - 5 mins. Season salt and pepper to taste.
3) Remove meat from oven. Add meat and it's juices to sauce and continue cooking till desired done-ness.
4) Serve with pasta, rice or pan fried potatoes with a side of fresh salads.
