Ingredients

    1 pkg Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
    1 large egg
    1/3 cup vanilla almond milk

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 8x8 baking dish.

Blend mix, milk, and egg. Batter will be slightly lumpy. Pour into baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
