    1/2 cup peppers
    1/4 cup onions
    1/2 cup veggie broth
    1/2 cup shredded cheddar


whip eggs with veggie broth. Saute onions and pepper in butter. Add eggs. Cook until hardened. Add cheese, blend to melt. Serve. 4 servings.
