Ingredients

2tbsp EVOO
3 tbsp Butter(or margarine)
1 Clove Garlic
8 slices Itallian bread
2 slices provalone (or 1 cup shredded)
2 slices mozzarella ((or 1 cup shredded)
1/2 cup parmesean
1cup Asiago
Directions
~Heat the EVOO,butter and Garlic in a sauce pan until butter is melted (1-2 min)
~brush mixture on one side of the bread slices
~Place 4 of the slices down on a Med-Low skillet or grill pan
top with cheeses then top with remaining 4 slices of bread with butterd side up
~cook till brown one one side then flip and cook till cheese is melted
