Introduction

This salad is PERFECT to make when you've already got the grill out. It is good warm straight off the grill or cold for lunches the next day. It is SO yummy. Ingredients

    2 Medium Ears Sweet Corn
    1 Red Bell Pepper
    1 Yellow Summer Squash (medium)
    1 Baby Zucchini (large)
    4 Medium Vine Ripened Tomatoes
    1.5 T Olive Oil
    2 T Balsamic Vinegar
    Spices, Salt, Pepper (to taste)

Directions

Grill all the veggies (except tomatoes)

Corn - Whole
Pepper, Zucchini, Squash - Quarters.


Cut the charred corn off the cob, and slice the other veggies. Add the vinegar, oil, and any spices that compliment your meal.

DONE!
