Ingredients

1 box Whole Grain pasta (i.e. Active Lifestyle multigrain Rotini)
2 cans Campbell's Cream of Chicken and Mushroom Soup (condensed, do not reconstitute)
1 can water (adjust water to desired consistency)
1 can sweet peas, no salt added
    8oz Part-Skim Mozzarella cheese
    Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

Prepare pasta as directed on box. Once drained, return to pot. Add cans of soup and peas, and add water one soup-can at a time until you reach desired consistency. I like the casserole to be less-soupy, so I use one can of water. Stir in cheese, I try to keep it minimal as my husband needs to watch his cholesterol - if this is not a concern for you, adjust cheese (amount and type) to taste. Add salt and pepper to taste. I usually make this to taste, this is the first I've assigned measurements. If desired, place in 375 degree oven until top is brown. Serves approximately 8.
