Ingredients

    Beef Fillet Steak, 300 gram(s)
    Light Soy Sauce, 1 tsp
    Oyster Sauce, 1 tbsp
    Plus Oyster Sauce, 0.25 tbsp
    Garlic, 3 cloves crushed
    Chilli Peppers, 1 red pepper deseeded and finely chopped
    Pak choi 200g, steamed, leaves sliced in half
    Olive Oil, 1.5 tbsp

Directions

Prepare the beef fillet by hammering it with a rolling pin, then slice it thinly, placing pieces into a bowl. Season with soy sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, a pinch of sugar, black pepper.

Heat wok over high heat, add 0.5 tbsp oil, add garlic and chilli and toss quickly. Add the pak choy nd stir fry for 1 min. Season with 1 tsp oyster sauce, transfer pakchoy to a serving dish.

Heat wok over high heat, add rest of oil. Add the beef and stir fry for about 2 mins.

Toss the pak choy back in with the beef and serve immediately.
