Ingredients

    1/3 box Smart Taste Rotini Pasta (dry)
    1.5 lbs ground chuck
    1/2 c chopped onion
    15 oz can Tomato Sauce
    10 oz package Frozen Mixed Vegetables
    2 T chopped fresh parsely
    2 T chopped fresh cilantro
    1 T chopped fresh dill

Directions

Brown and drain ground chuck with chopped onion in large skillet or dutch oven.

Add tomato sauce, mixed vegetables, and herbs. Bring to slow boil, reduce heat, and simmer 15-20 minutes.

Meanwhile, prepare pasta according to package instructions, drain and set aside.

Fold pasta into meat sauce prior to serving, or serve meat sauce over pasta.
