Ingredients

    16 oz ground turkey breast
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    3 teaspoons ground cumin
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 (4oz) can diced green chilis
    1 (16oz) can refried beans
6 burrito size flour tortillas (110 calories each kind)

Directions

Crumble ground turkey breast into a skillet over medium heat and cook until done. Add onion and cook until translucent. Add garlic, cumin, salt and pepper. Stir in green chilis and refried beans. Cook until hot.

Place warm tortilla on a plate and spoon a generous 1/2 cup of the ground turkey mixture on each tortilla. Wrap and put in a pan seam side down. Heat in oven (350 degrees) for 20 minutes to heat through. Serve with your favorite salsa, cheese, sour cream, lettuce, tomato, olives...whatever you like, just be sure to add in the calories. This recipe makes 6 large burritos. We load on the lettuce and tomatoes and eat with a knife and fork.
