Ingredients

    4 C. Fresh Raspberries
    1 Stick Butter
    1 C. Splenda For Baking-Divided
    .5 C. Milk - 1%
    1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
    1 C. Flour
    2 Tsp Baking Powder
    .5 Tsp Salt
    .5 C. Water

Directions

Makes 9 Servings

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Line an 8" or 9" square baking dish with raspberries.

Make batter by mixing together butter, 1/4 cup of Splenda Blend, milk, and vanilla. Stir in flour, baking powder, and salt. Pour batter over fruit and spread evenly.

Mix remaining .75 cup Splenda Blend and 1/2 cup water and pour over batter.

Bake in 350 degree F oven for 1 hour.

Serve warm with cream, ice cream, or whipped cream.
