Ingredients

    3 tbsp light hot chocolate mix (compare yours to make sure it's around 45 calories)
    1/4 cup rice milk
    2 tsp instant coffee
    1 tbsp Toriani sugar free vanilla flavoured syrup (optional)
    1/2 scoop whey protein powder (about 20 grams protein)
    1/2 - 1 cup water
    ice

Directions

Throw all ingredients into your blender and blend until ice is crushed.
