Ingredients

    Shrimp
    Red Leaf Lettuce
    Equivalent of 1 Pepper any color
    1 Cup Cucumber Diced
    1 Cup Snap Peas
    1 Cup tomato Diced
    5 Asparagus Spears
    50 gr Feta Cheese
    Half a lemon

Directions

Saute Peppers and Peas. Add shrimp and cook until done
Add everything else together and squeeze lemon over top. Mix and enjoy
