Introduction

I originally threw this together with apples and a variety of berries I had on hand. Turned out great! Would also go wonderfully with a small scoop of low-fat frozen yogurt or sorbet. You can adjust the amount of cinnamon to your liking. I originally threw this together with apples and a variety of berries I had on hand. Turned out great! Ingredients

5 apples, any variety, cut into 1/4 inch slices
1 cup fresh berries, any kind
    5 packets Truvia
    1 tbsp ground cinnamon
    1/2 cup quick cooking oats
    1/2 cup flour
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    1 tsp cinnamon
3 tbsp cold butter, cut into small pieces

Directions

Spray a 9x13 glass dish with cooking spray. In a bowl, mix the Truvia and 1 tablespoon of cinnamon together. Add sliced apples and berries to bowl and mix well. Pour fruit into glass dish and set aside. In another bowl, mix the oats, flour, brown sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon together. Add the cold butter and mix with fingertips, or two knives, until the mixture is crumbly (looks like course meal and there are no large pieces of butter visible). Sprinkle over fruit evenly. Bake at 350 for 35-45 minutes, or until brown and bubbly. Make 12 servings.
