Introduction
These are packed full of powerful nutrients. They came from Tosca Reno's Eat Clean book. However, since I've been following the "clean eating" principles I found them to be too sweet. Ingredients

3/4 c. Dried Apricots
3/4 c. Pitted Dates
1/2 c. Sunflower Seeds
1/2 c. Pumpkin Seeds
1/4 c. Flaxseeds
4 Plain Brown Rice Cakes
1/2 c. Rolled Oats
1 c. Agave Nectar
1/2 c. Almond Butter
1/3 c. Sesame Seeds
Directions
1. Place dried fruit and all seeds (except sesame) in food processor. Process 'til crumbly.
2. Add remaining ingredients (except sesame seeds) and process 'til mixture is of even consistency.
3. Scoop mixture and shape into 24 balls. Compact well.
4. Roll each wall in sesame seeds. Place on platter, cover, and refrigerate.
Makes 24 Balls
