Introduction

These are packed full of powerful nutrients. They came from Tosca Reno's Eat Clean book. However, since I've been following the "clean eating" principles I found them to be too sweet. Next time I make them I plan on cutting out most of the agave nectar. These are packed full of powerful nutrients. They came from Tosca Reno's Eat Clean book.
