Introduction

A very commonly requested dip from my family. A very commonly requested dip from my family.
Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    32 oz (2 cans) Rosarita Traditional Refried Beans, no fat
    16 oz Sour Cream, reduced fat
    12 oz Guacamole
    12 oz Pace Chunky Salsa, mild
    2 cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded
    2 medium tomatoes, diced
    1 bunch of scallions (green onions), sliced

    Pan - 1 standard rectangle cake pan or 2 small square (9X9) cake pans

Directions

Heat beans over low heat until warm. Combine a handful of cheese and a spoonful of salsa with the beans. Spread beans along bottom of pan(s). Chill pan in refrigerator for at least 15 minutes. Layer the sour cream, guacamole, and salsa on top of the beans. Sprinkle remaining cheese onto the salsa. Top with the tomatoes and scallions.

For best results, chill at least an hour before serving with your favorite chips.
