Ingredients

    boil one 12 oz box whole wheat penne rigate without adding salt to water - you may want to add a dash of olive oil to help keep the pasta from sticking. While the pasta is boiling break broccoli into flowerettes, boil carrots and broccoli separately. Add pesto to pasta after it is cooked and drained, and while still warm. Mix in Vegetables. Serve warm as a main dish or chill and serve as salad or side.
