Ingredients

    9 Ritz Crackers
    1/4 tsp Season Salt

    2 Chicken Breasts no skin


Directions

Put Ritz Crackers in a bag and use a rolling pin to grind them into small crumbs. Add season salt and mix up.

Add Chicken Breasts one at a time and shake (like shake n bake) until completely coated. Repeat with 2nd breast.

Bake at 400 degrees for approx 25-30 minutes depending on size of breasts.

Variation which is higher in fat/calories but also very yummy is to dip the chicken in egg first then coat with ritz. You can still bake or pan fry if you wish.

    this was a nice easy meal to make on a hectic night. i added in garlic powder, parmsean cheese and parsley to the ritz breadcrumbs since i didnt have seasoning salt. turned out very good! - 10/5/09
