Ingredients

    Pacific Natural Foods Organic Low Sodium Chicken Broth, 1 cup, 6 serving
    Roland Lite Coconut Milk, 12 serving
    Ginger, ground, 1 tbsp
    Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tsp
    Jalapeno Peppers, 1 pepper
    Cilantro, raw, 4 tbsp
    Carrots, raw, 2 cup, chopped
    Celery, raw, 4 stalk, large (11"-12" long)
    onion raw, 1 cup
    1 cup chicken, cubed cooked, 4 serving

Directions

Put all the ingredients into a large pot and cook til veggies are tender! Makes 8 1-cup servings.
