Introduction

These little pizzas are perfect for kids and healthy, too! One pizza is only 140 calories (Meaning you can eat them all for only 560 calories if you wanted to! ☺)

*I recently followed this recipe and found that it was too much tomato sauce because the bread was very moist after cooking. I recomend using a little less or even half less, if you choose.*

Ingredients

    • 2 hamburger buns (I used Sara Lee 80 Calories & Delightful Wheat Buns)
    • 1/2 cup of tomato sauce (I used Prego Tomato Basil Garlic)
    • 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese (I used Kraft Finely Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese)
    • (If desired, you can put on other toppings, like pepperoni, but remember to apply that to the nutritional values)

Directions

1. Separate the 2 buns, and lay the 4 pieces on a clean surface (a plate preferably).
2. Spread the sauce on evenly for each.
3. Put the cheese on top, about a fourth of a cup for each. (At this time, apply any extra toppings that you desire)
4. Place all four pizzas onto a small cooking pan or sheet.
5. Broil on High for 5 to 8 minutes. Let them stand for a minute or two.
6. Enjoy!

Makes 4 litte pizzas.
