    1 tsp lowfat chedder cheese
    1 thin slice of a tomatoe
    1 thin slice onion
    5 baby spinach leaves

Directions

Cook onion and tomatoe untill onion is tender,add remaining ingred cook untill egg is done ,place on muffin and enjoy.
