Ingredients

1 Egg (beaten)
1/2 Cup Unsweetened Applesauce
1/3 C Honey
1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
1 Cup oats
1 Cup of Whole Wheat Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1 Cup grated Zucchini
1 Cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix first 4 ingredients in a large bowl. Set aside.
Mix oats, flour, baking powder, salt, nutmeg, and ground cinnamon.
Add the dry ingredients to the first mixture and stir in the zucchini and chocolate chips.
Spoon onto cookie sheet, about 2 inches apart. Bake at 350 degrees for 9-12 minutes.
