Introduction

A non-fried, low-fat version of the traditonal chicken nugget. A non-fried, low-fat version of the traditonal chicken nugget.
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    (3) 6 oz boneless skinless chicken breast
    2 cups of crushed corn flakes
    1 large egg
    1 tablespoon honey
    1 teaspoon mustard
    1 tablespoon pepper

Directions

Cut the chicken into approx. 1 inch cubes, set aside

In one bowl add cornflakes (finely crushed) and pepper
In another bowl add egg honey and mustard; mix

Coat each piece of chicken individually in egg mixture, then roll in corn flake mixture and place on a baking sheet. Continue until you've done them all.

Bake nuggets for 15-20 minutes on 450

Makes approx. 6 nuggets per serving.
