Ingredients

    1 can pinto beans
    1/2 lb lean ground beef
    1/2 cup salsa
    4 flour tortillas
    2/3 cup shredded 2% cheddar cheese
    southwest style seasonings.

Directions

put tortillas on cooking sheet and cook in 400 oven for 3 minutes. While they are warming mash beans with fork or potato masher then stir in salsa, seasoning and cooked ground beef. divide mixture onto 4 tortillas and sprinkle cheese on top and cook about 5 more minutes' Top as you please we use lettuce tomato onion jalapenos and low fat sour cream. calorie count doesn't include toppings.
