Ingredients

    Pre-Heat Oven to 350

    You will Need 5 Bell Peppers
    Hunts Manwich Original Sloppy Joe Sauce
    Box of Near East Brown Rice Wild Mushroom & Herb
    1 Tablespoon Smart Balance Light Butter
    1- l lb Lauras Extra Lean Beef 4% fat
    Begin Cooking your ground beef. There is NO need to drain if you use Lauras Ground Beef it is super lean.

    Cook Brown Rice as instructed on box.

    Combine all together and stuff peppers.

    For my family who is not watching their weight I add 1/3 cup cheese.

    Bake half Hour
