Ingredients

    Pasta, Lazagna - Ronzoni Whole Wheat Noodles - 12 oz dry
    Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 16 oz
    Ricotta Cheese, part skim milk, 4 cup
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    Half A Yellow Onion, finely chopped
    Boca Ground Burger, 342 grams (1 pkg)
    Garlic, 4 clove chopped
    Spaghetti/Marinara Sauce (tomato sauce), 3 cup
    Hunts Diced Tomatoe, 28oz can
    Oregano, ground, 1 tsp
    Crushed Red Pepper, 3 tsp
    Rosemary, crushed, 1 tsp
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, 2 oz

Directions

Prepare the noodles by boiling for 8-10 minutes, then drain and lay out on wax paper or foil.

Mix mozzarella and ricotta in a bowl and set aside.

In a frying pan, saute the chopped onion until soft, then add the frozen Boca ground burger. Once the "burger" is warmed through, add the garlic.

Meanwhile, in a medium saucepan, mix marinara sauce, diced tomatoes, oregeno, crushed red pepper, and rosemary. Heat until it starts to bubble.

In a 8x12 glass pan, laddle up to 1 cup of the sauce on the bottom, then lay three noodles. Next dollop one third of the cheese mixture across the layer generally evenly (spreading would be difficult). Lay the next three noodles and gently flatten (this will spread the cheese more evenly). Next spread one half of the meat mixture and top with one third of the remaining sauce. Then noodles, cheese, noodles, meat, sauce, noodles, cheese, and remaining sauce. Top with the parmesan and bake in a preheated oven at 350 for 40-45 minutes.

Remove, let rest for 20 minutes, then slice and serve!
