Ingredients

    1/2 cup oatmeal
    3/4 cup wheat bran
    1/2 cup egg beaters
    1 tbsp stevia
    1 tbsp blackstrap molasses
    10 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
    1/4 cup applesauce
    1 tsp baking powder

Directions

Combine dry ingredients in a medium bowl.
Create a "well" in the dry ingredients.
Combing molasses, applesauce, eggs and milk in a separate bowl.
Mix thoroughly and place in greased 9x9 pan.
Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes.
