Introduction

Number of Servings: 11

Ingredients

    1 c oats
    1/4 c dried fruit (apricots, mixed fruit, or dates)
    1/2 c ground flaxseed meal
    1/2 c walnuts (or almonds)
    1/2 c soy lecithin granules
    1/2 c milk thistle seed (finely ground)
    1 c oat bran
    1/2 c sunflower seeds (unsalted)

Directions

Grind milk thistle seed in blender until very finely ground.

Add all ingredients together. Mix well. Keep refrigerated in storage container.

Put 1/4 to 1/2 cup of cereal in bowl, cover with milk, soy milk, or rice milk. Let sit for 30 minutes. DO NOT COOK.


May add fresh fruit, cinnamon, vanilla, nutmeg, or sweetener to taste.
