Introduction

Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    3- 1/4 cup servings of eggbeaters
    1 whole banana pepper sliced
    .4 cup of peeled sliced cucumber
    .4 cup of matchstick carrots (cut thin strips)
    .4 cup of chopped up fresh spinach
    1 slice of Kraft American 2% slice cheese
    3 slices of Oscar Mayer 96 % Fat free Thin sliced ham

Directions

First get your vegetables ready and together which includes carrots, cucumber, spinach, banana pepper.
Take a small 10 inch to 12 inch Iron Skillet (Iron Skillets is best because it will give you added Iron in your meal)
Spray with Pam Original cooking spray and place on medium heat. Let it warm up for about a minute.
Then place your veggies and slices of ham (chopped up) in skillet. and move around for about another minute or so. getting the veggies nice and warm and and a bit softer. scatter veggies around in skillet so when you pour your eggbeaters in it will be evenly mixed.

Then pour 3- 1/4 cups of eggbeaters in pan. completely filling out entire pan. Then break off pieces of one slice of American cheese and place on top of omelet

Once omelet starts to thicken up. Loosen sides with spatula. and flip it over and place on plate. Now its ready to Enjoy.

Makes 1 Serving.
