Ingredients

2 cups Wacky Mac Veggie Spirals
1 can Cambell's Cheddar Cheese Soup
    1/2 cup 1% Milk
8oz Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast (4oz per bowl)

Directions

Cook the Wacky Mac Veggie Spirals according to package directions, drain, rinse and keep in colander. Open can of Cambell's Cheddar Cheese soup and pour it into the pot with 1/2 cup of milk. Stir until bubbling then turn off heat. Pour the Wacky Mac veggie spirals into the pot and stir.

Cook 4 oz of boneless skinless chicken breast on a grill (like George Foreman Grill or BBQ), when finished slice them into strips, put 1cup of Wacky Mac and Cheese on a plate or in a bowl then place the strips of chicken on top of the Wacky Mac and Cheese for presentation.

Makes 2 1-cup servings.

It is a lot of calories but this is your entire meal. It has veggies, dairy and protein in it. You could just serve this as a side dish in 1/2 cups with your regular meal minus the chicken if you wanted to.
