    Lemon Juice and Herb Marinade
    (ingredients are for one pound of chicken)
    1 tsp salt
    1/8 tsp pepper
    3 tbsp lemon juice
    3 tbsp olive oil
    3 parsley sprigs
    1/4 tsp thyme or sage
    1 bay leaf
    1 clove of mashed garlic


Combine all marinade ingredients. Trim chicken. Marinade for a few hours.

Cook chicken as per normally with cooking spray in large pan. (165 degrees internally, when juices run clear)
