Ingredients

    454g Pork Mince
    500g Turkey Mince
    1 Onion, finely diced
    1 Apple, grated
    1 Tbs Brewer's yeast
    2 Tbs Flour (gluten free)
    1 egg (egg replacer)
    2 Tbs Soy Sauce
    2 tsp plum chutney
    Handful of fresh sage, chopped finely
    Nutmeg
    Pepper
    3 Tbs Olive oil to fry

Directions

Prepare all ingredients and mix together thoroughly.

Shape into 8 flat, wide, round patties.

Fry in olive oil for aboutu 10 mins per side.
