Ingredients

    Yellow Corn Meal, 1 cup
    Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup
    Splenda, 1/4 cup
    Baking Powder, 1 TBSP
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Milk, 2%, 1 cup
    Canola Oil, 1/3 cup
    Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)
    Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 1 TBSN
    Ancho chili powder, 1 tsp
    cinnamon, ground 1/8 tsp

Directions

Pre-heat over to 400 degrees. Grease and flour donut or muffin top pan.

Mix corn meal, whole wheat flour, baking powder, Splenda, and salt in a mixing bowl. In another mixing bowl, whisk the oil, milk, and egg together. Add to dry mixture. Stir to moisten.

Pour into pan. Bake 10 - 12 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
