Introduction

This is a healthy alternative to fried fish. Ground flaxseed adds a nutty flavor and Omega 3 benefits, not to mention a boost in protein. Ingredients

    24 oz. Talapia
    1/2 C seasoned bread crumbs
    2 T Olive Oil
    1 T ground flaxseed

Directions

Mix Bread Crumbs ground flaxseed, and olive oil. Dry fish well and place in oven proof dish. Sprinkle bread crumb mixture on fish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
