1/2 C seasoned bread crumbs
2 T Olive Oil
1 T ground flaxseed
Directions
Mix Bread Crumbs ground flaxseed, and olive oil. Dry fish well and place in oven proof dish. Sprinkle bread crumb mixture on fish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
