Introduction

Ingredients

    Onions, raw, 800 grams - Sliced
    Cabbage, fresh, 1192 grams - Shred
    Celery, raw - Chop

    Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (half for Pork, half for Veggies)

    Pork, fresh, loin, top loin (chops), boneless, separable lean and fat, cooked, pan-fried, 10.5 chop, excluding refuse - Cubed

Directions

Cook pork in hot skillet with 1/2 Tbsp of Oil.

Add veggies to a hot pot with remaining 1/2 Tbsp of Oil to desired crispness.

Mix together and serve!
