    .5 cup onion chopped
    .5 cup green peppers
    1/4 cup red peppers
    1tbsp parsley
    .5 cup spinach
    .75 cup zucchini
    Morning star meal starter crumbles 1 bag
    1 can crushed tomatoes 793g
    1 can tomato paste 6oz
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    2 tablespoons salt
    3 cloves of garlic


Heat oil in pot and warm up crumbles until defrosted on medium heat.
Add in all vegetables minus tomato components and fresh basil.
When onions are translucent add in tomato sauce and paste mix in.
Add fresh basil.
Cover and lower to low and simmer for 90 minutes.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
makes 9 servings for a 1/2 cup serving.
Serve over pasta. Recipe calculation does NOT include pasta.
