Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Filling:
    2 Avocados
    2-4 tbsp soft honey (recipe calculated w/2 tbsp)
    juice of one lime (2 if you like it zesty)

    Crust:
    0.5 cup almonds
    6 pitted dates
    1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

Filling: Place all the ingredients of the filling into a food processor and blend until smooth. Taste test, and add more lime depending on how "zesty" you like it.

Crust: Place all the ingredients into a food processor and blend until combined. Press into greased muffin tins lined with paper muffin cups.
Scoop the avocado mixture into the muffin tins and refrigerate for 30 minutes or up to a few hours.

Makes 6 servings.
