Introduction

absolutely delicious! my whole family loved them. absolutely delicious! my whole family loved them.

Ingredients

    16 oz nonfat sour cream
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 T chopped cilantro
    1 C chopped onion
    1 lb cooked pork, chopped (I used leftover roast)
    1/2 C salsa verde
    1 can black beans, drained but not rinsed
    16 corn tortillas
    4 oz cheddar cheese

Directions

blend sour cream, mushroom soup, cilantro in small saucepan, heat on low.
Saute chopped onions, using pan spray, till tender, add pork, salsa, and black beans. cook till heated thru.
put meat mixture into tortillas with a small sprinkle of cheddar in each, place in 9x13 pan and pour sour cream mixture over top. bake in 350 degree oven till hot, around 20 minutes.
serving is 2 rolls.
