Introduction

Ingredients

    1 lb. crabmeat
    2 c. breadcrumbs
    1 egg, beaten
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/3 cup each chopped celery, green pepper, onion
    1 T Old Bay seafood seasoning
    1 T minced fresh parsley
    2 t lemon juice
    1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/4 t pepper

Directions

In a bowl, combine crab, bread crumbs, egg, mayonnaise, vegetables, and seasonings. Shape into eight patties. Broil patties for 4 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Serve with lemon wedge if desired. 8 servings.
