Ingredients

    1 box (12oz) Ronzoni Garden Delights Rotini
    1 medium zucchini, diced
    1/2 green bell pepper, diced
    1/2 medium yellow onion, diced
    1/2 bottle (8Tbsp) Ken's Healthy Options Italian Dressing
    10 Tbsp grated pecorino romano cheese
    1 sec olive oil cooking spray

Directions

Boil 5qt water in a large pot.
While water is boiling, dice zucchini, bell pepper, and onion.
Spray a small pan with olive oil cooking spray for approx. 1 second, and saute veggies over medium heat until they soften just a bit.
Once water comes to a boil, cook the whole box of pasta for 8-9 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water to cool.
Mix veggies into pasta, and add dressing and romano cheese.
Makes 8 1-cup servings.
