Ingredients

    frozen mixed fruit (.75 cup)
    banana (1, small)
    protein powder (3 T)
    instant oatmeal (1 packet)
    water/ice (1-2 cups)

Directions

Just mix all the ingredients together in a blender and blend until smooth.

A great addition is a spoonful of vanilla or strawberry yogurt, which adds healthy digestive enzymes.
