Introduction

Ingredients

    1/4 cup Watkins banana dessert mix
    3 tbsp steviva blend (or 1/4 cup sugar)
    1/4 cup water

    1 1/4 cups almond milk

    1 1/3 tbsp chocolate syrup
    1 small banana sliced in half, then lengthwise into quarters (sort of julienned)

Directions

Combine first three ingredients in a small saucepan. Add almond milk. Stir well. Heat over med heat until thickened, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly, but still warm. Fill popsicle molds 1/2 full. Add 1/2 tsp of chocolate syrup in each mold and one long slice of banana (give the banana a little twist so as to cause a chocolate "swirl".
Put handles on top of molds.
Freeze.

Makes 8 "pops"
