Introduction

I use this insted of croutons on top of salad. It's best if used with Oriental Sugar dressing (recipe on this website), sliced red onions and red leaf lettuce. Ingredients

    2 packages of Ramen Noodles (any flavor- seasoning not needed)
    3/4- 1 cup sliced almonds
    2 tbsp unsalted butter

Directions

Melt butter in frying pan.
Crush ramen noodles and add to pan along with sliced almonds.
Lightly brown topping until crunchy.
Serving size aprox. 1 tbsp. Makes 18.
