1 C Almond Milk (original, unsweetened)
1 Frozen Banana slices (1/2 way thawed)
1 tsp Cinnamon (or whatever you think to your taste)
Directions
I pour 1 C of Almond Milk into the blender & sprinkle the cinnamon in. Start blending & then add the partially-frozen banana slices while continuing to blend.
